Next 21 Day Workout Schedule

OKay this is going to be my new workout schedule for the next 21 days.  Since I am now in my 30's I can no longer get away with not working out.  Also I signed up for this 'Diva Dash' in Sept. it's a 5k obstacle course...to those in shape 3 miles might seem like a piece of cake, well I have just been eating cake and 1 mile is exhausting to think about let alone actually run!

So here it is I'm posting it online so I have some accountability!

This schedule is the 3 Weeks to a 30-Minute Running Habit along with my favorite BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) DVDs.   I HATE running but I did the 3 Weeks to a 30-Minute Running Habit a couple of years ago and I actually didn't hate it so much, this program really eases you into running.  If I still hate hate hate running after this I will have to find another form of cardio to do otherwise I will just be setting myself  up for failure.

I already did tummy tuck today so I have to run when I get home, my inner couch potato is NOT happy about this you would think I asked it to pick up and run a marathon.
