Workout Follow-Up - Excuses Excuses

OKay so my first week of my 21 day fitness plan went well then....well the 4th happened - I was up WAY too late and just exhausted Thursday, then Friday I had to pack and be up early for my trip to Annapolis, I was NOT going to run/workout when I was in Annapolis for several reasons.  Sunday was hot and I was still exhausted from my trip.  Monday I came home and went on a cleaning rampage and before I knew it it was 9PM.  This is why I really need to be a morning person!

Sigh

So, today I woke up and did Tummy Tuck - tonight I WILL run...back on track and that's all that matters right?
